Consultation Services

Dr. Barrett offers consultation services to parents who have some concerns about their young children's functioning at school.  Unless one has a background in child development or mental health, it is very common for parents to feel like they may need to seek help for their child, but do not know where to start. In addition, a parent may disagree with the messages that a teacher is sending home about their child, and they may be best served speaking to a mental health professional who can help them navigate the school system as well as a teacher or educator who may be affecting their child with negative criticisms.
